Our room was in the contemporary part of the the hotel and was renovated a few years ago. The reception staff and in particular Craig were very obliging and the service was excellent. The location could not be better. An overall lovely experience

Gorgeous location - absolutely unbeatable. Beautiful park, pond, swans, like a fairy tale. Fantastic Medieval Banquet. Beautiful breakfast location that you actually want to wake up to.
