Our bedroom was small but very comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. We really appreciated the small touches like lavender bags on the pillows, and KitKats with the tea and coffee. We were given a warm welcome; shown where we could get cold bottles of water or fruit to snack on; given a pocket map of Bath; and given advice on what to see and good walks to take. We wished we were staying longer!

The hotel is very friendly and beautifully decorated. It is an unusual boutique hotel and the rooms are stunning, as are the reception room and bar.

It was a great experience. The apartment was at the top floor, it was spacious, clean and decorated in great style. But what truly made our visit outstanding is the friendly staff. The person who checked us in, made even my 7-year old son feel very welcomed by offering something to drink upon our arrival. Definitely worth coming back. Also what a great location!
