Staff are always very professional and friendly. We arrived a little early after a 13 hour car journey and were able to check in early. The room was very clean, quiet and warm. Perfect location when arriving via the Channel Tunnel. Perfect onsite parking. Takeaway breakfast available if needed.

A lovely traditional Bed&Breakfast, only a 15 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We were due to arrive just after the kitchen closes and they offered to prepare and keep some salad and sandwiches in the fridge for the time of our arrival, we really appreciated it! The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel is very central, the room was beautifully equipped with spa quality toiletries and robes, the bar and restaurant were exceptional and the breakfast delicious!

Such a gorgeous, historical building. we were in room 3 so a ghost had been reported previously. Ironically it kicked the husband while the wife was in the bath. I was hoping the big unit might have copped the same treatment! it was well worth the visit.

The sand between your toes. Sky and beach as far as your eyes can see. Wonderful food made with love. Deeply comfortable beds in beautifully thought out bedrooms. Daily yoga and wellness classes.

On arrival my room was upgraded and it was beautiful. The location is fabulous right beside the beach and it’s a lovely walk into Rye. Lovely bar and restaurant at the hotel
