Staff great. Helped w bags, helped w directions, helped w friends' bags. Long breakfast hours. Very good coffee! Extensive breakfast. In planning, they were careful to remind about no elevator in half of building. Only 2 stories, so not a problem. Room was nicer than the photos on the web. Very large TV with dozens of French and dozens of German options. Colmar for us was about the Vosges and the wine. Disappointed w restaurants in old quarter. Make sure to find options outside of the old town.
