大聖堂のすぐ近くで、部屋の窓を開けるとサンタマリア・デ・アンティグア教会がみえるというロケーションも素晴らしく、部屋の広さや設備もちょうどよく満足度が高い。キッチンも包丁以外はほぼ全て揃っていて、冷蔵庫も大きい。軽めの調理やお茶をいれるにも不便はありませんでした。 地下の駐車場からロビーや宿泊階へ直行できるのも便利。

鉄道駅とマヨール広場の間くらいにある、気持ちの良いブティックホテルです。 リクエスト通りスペイン広場に面した明るいお部屋で、小さいバルコニーもありました。お部屋によって内装も違うようでしたが、好みの内装でした。 スペイン広場の入り口はバールを抜けた先にあります。また広場の裏側になるモンテロ・カルボ通りにキチンとして見えるエントランスがあります。もしタクシー利用ならこちらが良いかと。 金曜の朝、スペイン広場で八百屋フルーツ屋の屋台が出ました。シーズンだったのでトゥデラ(野菜作りで有名なナバラ州の町)産の見事なホワイトアスパラガスなどもありました。フルーツも安い。 ホテルの隣りのベーカリーの朝ごはん美味しいです。

4月のセマナサンタの時期に1泊利用。部屋も広めで清潔でした。特に朝食が種類が豊富で充実しており満足でした。ホテルの隣のブロックに無料駐車場があり利用しました。ホテル内の地下駐車場は有料になります。町の中心部には歩いて15分程度かかりますが、徒歩圏内です。
