I booked the hotel as my second stay in Mallorca this year. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room on the 6th floor was with a view of the pool and the sea, cleaned every day. The room is smaller, but it is sufficient for a vacation. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel staff was very pleasant (from the lady at the reception during check-in, to the restaurant staff, maids and others). The food (breakfast and dinner) was varied, tasty, in reasonable quantities. I would say excellent! I will definitely return to this hotel.

We enjoyed our weekend in Palma a lot with Terra Santa. The personnel was wonderful, friendly and welcome and very helpful. We also enjoyed the spa area and room overall. Can highly recommend!

Superb location close to all historical monuments, sights and the nature (Mediterranean) in Palma. The size of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the personalised services and feel the non-industrial hospitality. Rooms are huge big and very comfortable. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast served in the rooftop terrace (don't forget to try the freshly squeezed orange juice, orange is harvested in Mallorca)!
