Nothing was too much trouble. Very attentive staff, charming and friendly and also highly professional. Best Hotel Breakfast!

The family room was awesome for the three of us plenty of space and super clean! Gotta say, breakfast was delicious, really hit the spot. November at the hotel was chill, not too many people around, which was pretty cool.

Spacious room, nicely decorated, but we found a bathroom a bit small. A lot of activities, many restaurants and bars on site serve high quality food and drinks, excellent breakfast, the staff extremely professional, but friendly, great heated swimming pool.

The Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur exceeded all my expectations and truly delivered a dream-like vacation experience. The hotel itself is stunning—its architecture blends seamlessly with the lush surroundings, offering beautiful ocean views and an ambiance of relaxation and luxury. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided the perfect place to unwind with a breathtaking view. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the concierge team for their excellent recommendations. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding—a wide variety of high-quality dishes, from fresh fruit to local specialties, all served in a beautiful setting. The on-site restaurants also offered exquisite cuisine, with options that delighted our taste buds each night. The pool area is another highlight, with multiple pools surrounded by comfortable loungers and lush gardens. It never felt crowded, and the service by the pool was impeccable. We loved spending afternoons relaxing there, soaking in the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks. Overall, our stay at Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It was absolutely amazing place. Everything was perfect. So clean, private swimming pool heated well - 27C. Perfect equipment in the kitchen. Wasing machine with dryer. Really 5-star place

This hotel was fabulous, clean, well staffed , great location within walking distance to the beach/ town . Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety..Bar drinks priced reasonably Staff lovely, very friendly & welcoming Rooms a good size.

Every evening had something different to enjoy, from live music to cultural performances and interactive activities. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and lively, yet relaxing at the same time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch.
