We went for a short 4-day trip to this hotel just to get some sun during the winter time. And we came back actually very satisfied. The hotel staff is very professional. Facilities clean. We also got a room upgrade to a pool view room, which is a good thing I guess. Shout out to Sameh, our room cleaner, he did an outstanding job, and Moussaf from the outside bar.

First of all a BIG thank you to Hesham from the reception, who made our stay really really pleasant. Another thank you goes to the hard-working cleaning guys who kept our room shiny and provided plenty of water during our stay. The resort is excellent, it's like you're on a huge cruise boat, isolated from the external world, and you are pampered and cared for all the time. Everything is super clean. There are many restaurants and the offer is quite good. I only missed some vegan milk or at least lactose-free milk at breakfast. The waffles are really good and the bread that the lady makes on the terrace of Soprano restaurant. The animation team was also good, so the kids enjoyed their stay too.

The property was always clean and very spacious...beds are comfortable and huge dressing room. The staff were amazing and so friendly and you get access to Jungle aqua park and Dana beach ... we had a wonderful time there as big family with different ages.

From the architectural design, the friendly & helpful staffs especially Asmaa, the variety and amount of foods and drinks offered during our stay, the exceptional sea view from our room....everything was wonderful from the start till the end.
