Everything was at a TOP level. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I will mention some of them :Helmi on reception was very helpfull, the check in and chek out very fast. Always there for our questions. Balal Mohamed in restaurant very kind and helpfull. Housekeepers Brahim,and Abdul were great. Rooms were very clean and great service. We were in rooms 1021, 3109,3110. Rooms were very big with big bathrooms. I also want to say thank you to the lifeguard with mustache on the upper pool that helped us with the towels and chairs. He was always there for us. And huge thank you for all other staff for great service and chefs for great food. Special thank you for Chefs that were makimg pasta and omletes in Citadela restaurant. We will come back for sure!

It's a huge resort (3 resorts in one ) Suitable for all categories, families, teenagers and young people, with a lot of variety in events and activities. As for restaurants, they have a high level of safety, cleanliness and distinguished service. A variety of restaurants, games and evening parties. and very safe, they have a high level of safety, They have many pools of different sizes and different activities. It is very entertaining wherever you go. They also have places to relax and unwind. They have an office to serve domestic flights.

everything was great, nice staff and so friendly

the hotel is everything and more. I came back after last year stay and I wasn't dissapointed, we came early in the morning but receptions cheked us immediately, assisting us in chieck-in process ( we have been served juice from hibiscus while filling out tghe documents). Mr Ramadan kindly helped us with this process. Our apartment was large, very clean,daily cleaned. it was equipped with minibar daily filled with soft drinks,at the desk there was basket of fruits waiting for us!, kettle with cups and tee, coffe. aircon worked very well, Wifi is super fast and it works in the whole hotel what is an advantage, Beds aroun 1,4 m wide; have comfy mattresses,very clean fresh bedlinen, the furniture like wide desk with mirror halped me while I was working. Large glass balcony doors leaded to fantastic balcony with view to magnificent garden with pools- like a fairytell. Room was at the last floor so I felt very private and comfortable there. we didnt use the tv as always beeeing outside ;-). bathroom is decent size, dayly equipeed with free toileteers, fresh towels if You wish a change, comfy shower, in the corridor there is safebox in the wardrobe. But the best for me here are : attentive, supernice staff, fantastic food all day long, my favourite cousine in restaurant TAGINE, drinks and very good bottled! red wine, freshly made, everyday changed meals and fantastic meat dishes, fresh friuts everywhere, squized fresh orange juice, very clean fastly prepared tables ina all restaurants, nice waiters serving You at the swimming pool area, wonderfull beach and heated magnificent pool. Every evening fantastic animations- dance shows, fireshows, etc, And last but not least! - My favourite reception officer ALI - Ali takes care about me while I am here - as I never travel with agency-only by my own- Ali is so attentive, remembers all my needs, always smiling, professional and - for he speaks POLISH !, ENGLISH, GERMAN, ARABIC,FRENCH,RUSSIAN.

Everything was really good: rooms are clean and spacious, service is perfect and the food is fantastic. My daughters are pescatarians and I am vegan and we have a great variety of freshly made national and international dishes as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. They provide an excellent choice of fresh and tasty cookies.

This was our first time at Old Palace resort, and my family and I had a blast. The place was pet friendly, super clean, quiet and decent. The best part of it all was the staff, starting from Mohamed Anwar, the reception supervisor, Ali and Hussein, amazing bar tenders with amazing cocktails and services, and Omar, one of the best and most cheerful head waiter we’ve ever seen. Also the food was very good quality which was a surprise for an open buffet all inclusive that every single dish was very nicely done, special thanks to chef Mahmoud Saad in kitchen preparation and Mahmoud Magdy at the grill We loved the animation team as well, especially Kimo, he truly kept the spirts going! The towel pick up team were also super friendly , Mahmoud & Ali. Also special thanks to Medhat Saleh for ensuring our family chalet was clean and organized everyday
