The breakfasts were excellent. The only comment would be to allow a bit more time after ordering eg fried eggs to allow time for eating cereal and a toaster would have been nice!

Literally everything. It was such a luxurious and relaxing stay. It will be always my first direction to stay in each time I visit Hamburg.

A really pleasant stay at a few-minute drive to the airport. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and pets are welcome for a small charge. I didn't have the time to try their breakfast (I'll do it next time), but the buffet was really fresh, tasty-looking, and inviting.

Staff very professional friendly,and extremely helpful.

Everything was great. The room, the breakfast, the shower the hospitality from the staff, the private parking and nearby public transport. We would definitely come back to this hotel again when visiting Hamburg. The decoration paying homage to the old school building also felt like a nice touch. They also had a bar downstairs you could use that seemed cozy, we didn't use it during our stay this time but would definitely do so next time.

Great location - Great Architecture post-industrial with amazing new york loft style. We love it ! Nice breakfast buffet. Good bar. All employees were sympathatic and professional. The place to be in Hamburg.

We got upgraded to deluxe duplex, which was a lovely surprise. We loved everything, the facilities, the neighbourhood, the closeness to city centre (everything is within walking distance). The underground parking (with 3 slots for charging e-vehicle) made the stay perfect. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in Hamburg.
