Excellent location. Excelllent breakfast. Very friendly. On arrival, we were told we'd been upgraded and were given an enormous apartment. Unfortunately we were there for only one night, so it was a bit wasted on us but the gesture was great.

Location is exceptional, personnel is amazing - friendly and professional. Very clean and comfortable rooms, we had mini-bar with lemonades, waters and beer for free. Breakfast is good.

Perfect location for sightseeing; close to everything in the Old Town. Did not hear much street noise even in this busy pedestrian area. We loved the room! Great breakfast.

very nice& friendly receptionist girl who offered me the room even earlier than check-in started. I was more than happy as was frozen and needed hot shower!! very nice location , just 20 min walk from the historical centre and just 10 min walk from the Neustadt-Bahnhof very good breakfast also for vegans! guiet and clean room + very-well designed lobby. like it!!
