At the first time of our life, we decided to stay in a 5-star hotel. The hotel was a dream come true. From arrival to the checkout, anywhere we looked around, it's was a piece of art. The hotel is a landmark in Karlovy vary and also in the world. The space the architecture the locatin spa dinning roon, the food . in a matter of giving the hotel and all his facilities a grade, it would be 10+. The filling is all the time. Wow. The stuff is outstanding, the rooms are over the expectations, and we felt like on a cloud we never wanted to leave. The spa area is in two places, and the passes are inside the hotel all the time. You also have the bar in a beautiful spot in minus 1, between the corridor that connects the hotel from his 2 parts. Music all the time. There's the coffee Pupp, which is the spot for noon coffee with a view to the river. We stayed at the riverside part. The other side is the park side. We recommend the riverside. By the way, in this hotel there's so many pictures of movie stars due to the Karlovy Vary festival once a year. Many movies were shot here, specifically Casino Royal of James Bond. Well if you have a 3 or 4 nights don't wait order and make your fantasy real.

Location is very near by car to main location with ample parking space with cctv camera. During breakfast, we got eggless bread which was freshly baked as all other breads had eggs.Staff was very customer centric and helpful.

The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.

River view from the windows ; wellnes slippers, bathrobe in the room. Wellnes was very good. The cafe was very delicious. In the restaurant the foods were tasty. Perfect location.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes. Very friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, very well welcomed, bed very good quality slept 11h, breakfast great, close to city by walk (elevation) and parking included.

Very spacious appartment, clean, quiet (even if being on the main street), walking distance from the Imperial bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom also. Everything you need for a stay in Karlovy Vary. The host was also very friendly. I can only reccomend. Karlovy Vary is pretty long city but we still explore it completely by walking. In case it's needed there was also a bus stop in the near. There are also parking options in the near (500-700m away), it's good to be checked in advance
