We were impressed from the moment we got there, from the butler picking up our luggages, to the very friendly and welcoming reception and staff ( buffet and bar). They all ensured we are having a pleasant stay there and it felt like they are going above and beyond to please us. Room was fairly spacious, clean, lots of towels in the bathroom and fresh towels for the beach whenever requested. The pool was also really nice and clean and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I recently stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me with its excellent location, modern and clean facilities. During my stay, I had the opportunity to enjoy a massage, and I must say that Anna and Pamela were incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. One downside was the size of the bathroom in the apartment we stayed in; it was quite small and not very modern compared to the other spacious and well-appointed rooms. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. We did encounter a temperature issue in the room, but Alina, who assisted us, was super kind and quickly provided a solution. It's truly appreciated when professionals like her can promptly address customer concerns. In general, this hotel is excellent with great facilities including a spectacular pool, spa, and good rooms. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation
