Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. The staff was extremely helpful! The room was very nice and clean. The location is just a quick uber ride to bars and restaurants (uber is very cheap), and the area around the hotel felt very safe. We would definitely choose the hotel again!

Good location was good, opposite a very nice and modern shopping mall. Comfortable rooms with a great breakfast, which is the best about this hotel. The food is all cooked on site by a very warm and friendly and helpful ladies.

Modern design and free WiFi are offered in Medellin, only 150 metres away from Aguacatala Metro Station and half a block from EAFIT University. All rooms are equipped with a TV and laptop safe boxes.
