Amazing breakfast, great location near places to visit, shoping center and restaurants. I would recomend the Horizon club (i didn't take it but i would do it now!)

I stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip and thought it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are an incredible size and the beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed in the previous 5 weeks. The reception is on the 96th floor so the views of Shenzhen are second to none. My room was on floor 80 with great views. The room was enourmous and had everything you would need should you need to work of if you want to catch up on some news you can turn on the enourmous TV with ceiling mounted stereo speakers... I rarely eat at hotels as I like to explore wherever I am however on this ocassion I had the buffet at the hotel. The food was fantastic. Seafood, ramen, cold meats, freshly cooked meat, sushi and desserts galore. I highly recommend doing it at least once.The bar is also great and reasonably priced as hotel bars go. When I checked out I needed and ATM and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the chap in reception who assisted me by taking the lift down with me an organising for Jason to walk me to an ATM and get me a cab to the train station. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Super friend staff, very helpful. I had a package arriving and they kept a watch out for me and helped me when it didn’t arrive on time. Same for when I needed help with transport. Property was clean, gym is well equipped, I was able to run every morning and exercise before leaving to visit the city. Location is perfect, we went everywhere by subway because a station was close by. We will come back again.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, it exceeded our expectations. It was a proper quiet oasis in between the busy city. I personally stayed in Shenzhen before (different hotels in different districts) and this was the most quiet and comfortable hotel as per my experience.

Hotel is chic and modern. Rooms are spacious, well designed and very comfortable, with open style closet making it super easy to hang and find clothes. Gym is spacious with good quality treadmill.
