Liked the comfortable beds and the cleaning. The staff was very helpful with our questions, were polite. The location is generally convenient, Walmart and McDonald's are nearby. There is also a subway near the hotel, which makes it easy to get to downtown Toronto. The airport is quickly accessible by car.

Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Great staff, stylish and large room, very convenient location, I would definitely recommend the Alt! P.S. they even put my special cake in the freezer overnight when I stayed 10 days ago ( I've stayed twice on this trip and have also stayed here a couple of years ago)
