I had a superb experience at the hotel! It truly excels at creating an authentic local vibe with a relaxed luxury ambiance. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the personalized service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar, including Robert, Dimitri, and the owner Gertrude, made us feel pampered and treated us like VIP guests at all times.

Super friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. Big and comfy room, only thing missing was a fridge and coffee facilities. A few minutes away from shopping, restaurant and going hiking. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit St Anton am Arlberg.

Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.

Everything was excellent but especially the stuff at the door/car service/baggage carrier, they were exceptional, they went extra mile with everything we asked for and even did things we didn’t expect. Unbelievable experience really. Will definitely come back.
