It’s a great place to spend your time in the heart of Vienna. Very well connected to metro (nearest station Schwedenplatz) & airport (VAL bus - Morzinplatz). Everything is at a walking distance & property is super clean with all amenities. It has an elevator which makes high floors easily accessible (not usual for old towns of Europe). We got an upgrade to Duplex apartment which was amazing. Lot of space and good views with ample day light. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Wien.

It is a wonderful delight to stay at the hotel. Location, room decor, restaurant (it called Salon:) were all excellent. Convenient parking at the center of Vienna for 18 Euro and 24/7 access The staff is more than nice; they really care about you and your experience. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner, the gentleman at reception called and reserved a table for us. We were looking for an Austrian cousin, and his suggestion was brilliant. Thank you very much.

I can't remember the last time I've stayed in a hotel room this quiet and peaceful. This is even more surprising considering that the hotel seemed to be at full capacity judging by how many people were present at breakfast. The inner courtyard full of greenery is also a big plus for the atmosphere. Most if not all rooms seemed to have some sort of thematic (ours was decorated around musical instruments). While this approach as well as the sustainability policy might detract some people or set some false expectations, I did not see any downside to the provided services. The staff members were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was very good and varied and it's conveniently located close to a train station, metro and the Schönbrunn park.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.She was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, which made us feel even more comfortable during our visit. As for the location, it couldn’t have been better—ideal for exploring the area and close to everything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!
