All staff were super friendly. Loved the breakfast, everything was there and eggs or pancakes were cooked to order. Location was excellent, opposite the trams and buses and only a moment to walk to the city centre. Good work guys!

The location is spectacular: surrounded by the most incredible mountains in a charming small town. Great care is taken to make their guests feel comfortable. The hotel is charming and the breakfast very good.

The shower in the bathroom was the best one that I’ve had in Europe. I stayed there three nights and took five showers. It was so very good. The location was great, easy to get around town on the trams three different stops within 100 yards. A very safe neighborhood and safety is important to me. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The value was spectacular! I told my wife that I was going to bring her to Innsbruck and and we were going to stay at Binders!
