After being defeated by flight cancellations and further stressed with rerouting to get home, Centro Sharjah gave me the space to freshen up, rest and sort my movements. The staff are incredible, as are the room and hotel. Had the best sleep and was wonderful to have great internet to book flights and touch base with home.

Very comfortble room with panoramic windows, large screen TV, bathtub. Swimming pool on the 14th floor with fantastic view. Perfect place for a short scale, when you want to spend minimum time driving from and to the airport and keep the traffic risks at bay, As a trade-off, all attractions are far away and you will to spend considearable sum on taxi to get there and back.

Our Wedding Anniversary trip to Dubai was made special because of the excellent customer service we received in Hyatt Place Al Rigga. I want to really thank their staff for being so accommodating/ attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Mr Salah, we felt so welcome, gave us a good room with good view, allowed us to have late check out. He has excellent good customer service. Thanks also to Ms Khin from the restaurant , she’s so sweet and friendly. Also to Mr Errol, Ms Gheeta and Ms May, they are friendly. Special thanks too to the housekeeping staff , they always keep our room clean. To Ms Sizet from the travel and tours section, she is friendly too and patient to explain to us about locations. We really enjoyed our stay, and we did not regret choosing this hotel. The service is excellent!!!😊
