The owner and his son are very helpful and nice.They come to meet us in 5 minutes even if it was the Bairam and we book with 1 hour in advance .The hotel is clean and modern,near the city center 2-3 minutes walking.A big plus is the private parking in the underground for the car if you travel by car.Also the breakfast was tasty and fresh.I definitely recommend this hotel! Mercure Prishtina City has a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Pristina. We have stay only for 1 night at the hotel and we were felt wll with the fast check in/out, confortable & clean room and the good breakfast.

The staff was really nice ,they were lovely people. The room was clean and perfect. Everything was in order and the hotel was just a few minutes away from the centre.

Liked everything - so clean, very cute, wonderful staff, very good location - was not sure when booking originally but I think the hotel is nicer than the booking pictures - it’s very small so you need reasonable expectations - boutique not big main stream hotel
