Staff were friendly, spoke English (uncommon in El Salvador), beautiful modern decor and lots of different areas to hang out within the hotel and close to a relly nice shopping area. Felt safe the whole time. Likely one of the best places to stay if you're looking to stay in the city.

Huge pool where you can actually swim. Stunnig view with sunrise over the lake. Best breakfast and dinner, very good coffee. They have mashed potatoes! Very friendly staff. They go the extra mile. The room was very big and with nice interior. The best is the romantic garden. The rooms have actual windows (as I heard this is not the case in casa 1800)

The accommodations were top-notch, clean, and comfortable, making me feel right at home. Honestly, amazing surprise. The place is so well adjaced, the view and the swimming pool are amazing. We had a private luxury appartment and it was very confortable and easy to live in, you fell really at home. The people arrêt super welcoming and helpful. Don't hesitate!

Besides the 2 things I mentioned here, I liked everything! The staff was welcoming and efficient, and everyone was very friendly. The premises were nice and clean, and the view was amazing. I also liked the decoration. Every little detail was very well thought. The rustic washroom outside is really nice, too. But what I enjoyed the most was the food, everything was delicious and for a good price with a variety of options. Thank you!
