Hotels in Palau

I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

We had a very comfortable stay at Belmond Hotel. The staff is friendly and really helpful. The hotel is new, stylish, and has a perfect location - it is within immediate proximity to everything you need. We would stay here again and can definitely recommend it to others as well!

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.

The staff were amazing . Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and within the city centre. The entrance is not appealing and not the ambiance of a hotel. The room was a good size but somewhat dated. The reception arranged a snorkelling trip with Impac Tours to Rock Islands, including Jellyfish Lake, Shark city, Natural Arch and Milkyway which was fantastic. Large shopping centre, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Good gift shop with traditional storyboards at Belau Museum. The West Plaza group has another hotel across the road at Lebuu Street which seems much newer.

It was such mistaken when I thought I got unauthorized credit card spending in hotel. I really appreciate the staff patient and help! They provide immediately help and clarification for me. It turns out that it was not from hotel spending. Thanks a lot! And the Manger Flora is super nice and friendly!

Tldr; it's amazing. Fiest of all, the staff is great and very helpful with most requests, trying to make it the best stay possible. The breakfast is delivered upon a decided hour during the check-in and each day is a different one, making it a great kind of routine. The apartment itself is very spacious with the main bedroom, a small living with ocean (and sunset) views, and then the shower and toilet. The amenities provided contain even a razor, outside the typical ones. Also, there's lots of storage space and in one of the wardrobes one could find bathrobes and room slippers. The location is midway between the downtown and the airport, making it a great walking routine to any islands and even being close enough to the Dock M beach.

Great location, good ambiance, spacious room, affordability. Reception staff is amazing. Big shoutout to Joy in particular. Her greetings always made me feel welcome.
