I loved that the wild animals were within the reach. Being able to have dinner while watching the Giraffes, Zebras, Rhinos and all the others was truly phenomenal. The Game drive where I got to feed the elephants was my greatest highlight.

The Weinberg Windhoek is set in Klein Windhoek and has restaurants and free parking is available. The rooms at the Weinberg Windhoek combine old world charme with modern amenities. I loved everything about the place! The food, the room, the people, the location. This is a true 5-star place!! Loved it!

Located along the Atlantic coast within a 15 minutes’ walk from Palm Beach, Hansa Hotel Swakopmund features two restaurants, a bar and terrace. It has a garden and offers free WiFi in all areas. Wonderful staff, clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast including the service. They also helped us organise - with very short notice - a trip to the dunes. Hansa Hotel has a nice touch of “old-fashioned seaside resort by the Baltic Sea or by the English South Coast”.

This place would be a great weekend get-away from Windhoek,or as it was for us a first stop out of the city on our way to places further abroad. Upon arrival the first thing we saw was a rhino in the road, it was beautiful and a good start to our journey. We loved the 2 bedroom chalet we stayed in - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The lodge itself was well laid out and beautiful, it even had a little driving range to hit balls into the bush! We went on the sundowner game drive and got to see lots of animals on the preserve up close.

Offering a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant.... The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and feel very private, and the staff is exceptional.
