Macau presents a blend of cultures that is as multi-layered as its history. Planted firmly within today’s China, it has strong evidence of its Portuguese roots around every corner. Discover age-old ruins like St. Paul’s Church, bronze-cast statues of historic explorers, and a fusion food culture that draws a curious international crowd. A tiny, densely populated territory, Macau sees yet more visitors flock to its famous casinos. Nicknamed ‘Asia’s Las Vegas’, the lively Cotai Strip is home to mega complexes like Galaxy Waldo and Sands Macau. Wander inside to try your hand at games like poker, blackjack and pontoon, or watch captivating spectacles that feature alongside the gaming. A welcome alternative to the casino resorts, Taipa Village is strewn with Chinese shops, temples and street stalls dishing up traditional snacks. Meanwhile, neighbouring Coloane Village boasts relaxing beaches, quiet parks and pastel-coloured buildings. The glitzy look and feel of Macau’s casinos extends to its hotels, which are many in number on both the mainland and islands.

Breakfast quality and choice was fantastic, and service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Special mention to to Reception and Concierge, but couldn't fault anybody or anything. There is a huge amount of competition in the area, but the Nuwa really stands out.

Located within The Londoner Macao on the Cotai Strip, Conrad Macao features luxurious rooms with pool or city views. It offers 4 food and beverage options, a gym and a spa.
Guest review
The service from reception, concierge (shout out to Catherine Lok!) to lift and room cleaning personnel was impeccable! I stayed three nights and everyone attended to my requests immediately in spite of the hotel being fully booked. I booked the Conrad, mainly because of its 9.3 ratings. I think it deserves a 9.6 rating. Take notice of the little details! As taxis are not easy to get in Macau, having great advice from Catherine, the concierge, on how to navigate was very helpful! If you are a foodie, like me, she can recommend great eats! My sincere thanks to Catherine, Jason, Yolanda,Aaron, Vinod, and all personnel of Conrad Hotel.

We loved everything. The apartment was huge, 100sqm, with large windows and a beautiful view. We loved the bathroom, very big and well equiped: smart toilet, big shower, nice bathtub and big mirrors. I loved the amenities, Dyson hairdryer, steam iron and normal iron, but what I loved most was the vanity corner, the make-up corner. That was a nice touch. Also the staff was very nice and they sent us from the house a nice bottle of wine and pastry. That was a cute surprise and made us feel welcome.
The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to details and cool design. Breakfast is very good and very diverse, food was great. Overall we loved our time there, wished we stayed more, but we will definitely come back.
