Breakfast was served to the room at our request. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. To the point of making gluten free bread for my girlfriend especially. Really amazing.
Every time we arrived to the room in the afternoon, 5 min after we got into the room, there was a knock on the door and a beautiful fruit plate was delivered. Truly exceptional.

Hotel and room was stunning, staff was very helpful in every aspect, very open to give a lot of nice recommendations. There is a parking space in the garage. Hotel is close to the center and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace! Moreover, very comfortable beds, and the biggest plus was the wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We felt really taken care of. We were supposed to stay in Budva for one day, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay a night longer in the hotel - it was amazing experience and the best stay during our whole Balkans trip :)

Everything! The suite was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Welcome gift (chocolates) were perfectly packed and super tasteful. Welcome handwrite message made us feel special. Room service worked very well, while SPA offer is one of the best in 5* hotels in Montenegro. What we liked the most was the staff - cheerful and kind, especially F&B team: Stanislav and Ana were amazing during our breakfast time - Ana (supervisor) was extremely kind and flexible as we came in the last minute. Petar and Marko who are working in Rosmarine restaurant were great! Overall, it was a perfect stay.

I really liked the hotel. It is new, located in a quiet area, and has a large underground parking lot (yes, it's paid, but that didn't bother me as parking spaces in Budva are very limited). I would like to especially mention the very responsive staff and the magnificent breakfast (the best breakfast I've seen in hotels).
I'll also write some suggestions for the hotel (these are not drawbacks, just small opportunities for improvement):
1. Make it possible for guests to open the parking barrier themselves (yes, the hotel staff opens it quickly enough, but still).
2. Replace the bar soap with liquid soap as it sticks to the sink and has to be peeled off :)
3. Add more towel hooks in the bathroom.
Once again, I want to emphasize that these suggestions in no way spoil the excellent impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Montenegro.
