The Hotel looks fairly new or renovated. All the staff from reception to the gentleman who prepares breakfast are wonderful. Special mention to Sam for his kindness. Lots of restaurants around.

Everything was good. The staff was very helpful. Especially Loay. He guided us well. They proved the Jordanian hospitality.

The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

Clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff who were always willing to go the extra mile. Well done, guys! I'll definitely be back.
