I originally had a great impression of this hotel — the staff at check-in were very warm and polite. However, the blonde waitress at the breakfast restaurant on April 16 had a very poor attitude. My friend and I ordered a few items from the menu, and she acted very impatient. Is there a limit on how much we can order? If so, we’re totally fine with following the rules — just let us know directly. There’s no need to give us a cold attitude or look annoyed every time she comes over.

It was a smaller breakfast but entailed what’s most important including omelettes. Small but very nice pool, sufficient for our 11 year old boy. Very friendly staff. A nice room with sea side view and mountain view.

Lovely village with clean and beautiful rooms and buildings. There is an opportunity to play different kinds of sports and eat at the village restaurant. The pool was nice and the distance from there to the Plitvice national park was short. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

They have everything you need in one place, with outstanding customer service and a great location. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent with tons to choose from and mimosas to finish off a delicious breakfast 🥰 All the hotel staff very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect . Breakfast was Great, I got a free upgrade because it was Birthday so that was awesome. Had the most amazing cake as well. Spa treatment was spectacular.
