Vivio was friendly and excellent member of house keeping staff. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinner menu delicious!

Amazing views of the ice fjords from your room to such caring hotel hosts who pick you up and drop you off at the airport - everything here was beyond what we had expected. The room was big and so neat! Early check-in and late check-out was also handled very congenially.
