I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. I extend my compliments to your entire kitchen team as well. Ahmad, our housekeeper who did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

I am particularly impressed by the response time to any request made by guests. Through out my stay, the managers were anxious to receive requests from us and have always promptly responded to any such request.

Absolutely fabulous stay, staff were wonderful!! Room was tidy and clean, nearly spotless. Had an amazing experience and delight day with the Pyramids View!! The roads are safe and great!!

From the first moment we arrived until the end of our stay we felt very welcome in the Rahala Safari Hotel. It's owned by a Bedouin family and they work hard to make you happy. The room was very clean and the beds super comfortable. We had also a little boiler to prepare coffee and tea (provided by them) and a basket of fresh fruit. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and abound. The little domes are surrounded by a beautiful garden. Because they asked a copy of the passports already before arriving they noticed that one of us celebrated his 80th birthday and they prepared a beautiful cake for him! What a surprise. The day after we had a 24 hours tour in the white desert with Hamada and Hamooh which was really great. We felt safe and they spoiled us with awesome spots, good food and their kindness. The property is very clean and new. The location is very beautiful, it is really amazing to wake up in the morning and see the wonderful mountain of Luxor. It is a full luxury hotel in the middle of desert. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

This is a perfect hotel - World class! All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool and multiple restaurants all serving fabulous food. They even packed us takeaway breakfast because we were checking out before 6am. Definitely book this hotel if you can - we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views overlooking the pyramids and golf course. We were upgraded and received a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. We also ordered dinner on the terrace which was very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. Good shower and fluffy towels. The air conditioning was 10/10. TV, room fridge and a full size bath also included. Very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Mena was an excellent host, kind and made sure all our needs were met, also free beg storage which we appreciated. We felt very welcome. 100% recommended and we would return here.
