I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. The architecture was impressive and the swimming pools were wonderful. It was very quite and very clean. Everything was very well organized.

I would like to thank all the reception and house staff. I don’t want to mention names so that I don’t forget any of them, but they were all really nice and organized to me. I hope to repeat this experience again soon.

I had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, starting even before I arrived. They arranged my airport pickup and a tour based on my preferences. My room was great - brand new and very comfortable. Best of all: I could see the Great Pyramid from my bed! I highly recommend staying here.

His kind and professional training made me feel safe and confident — I’ll never forget it. Thanks to this wonderful team, my vacation was truly perfect.
