Attractively set in Santo Domingo, Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The service, the facilities and the staff were A1. I want to mention that on my last day of travel, I had an accident, and luckily it happened close to the hotel. The staff immediately provided me with all the necessary support. They called an ambulance, escorted me to the clinic because they knew I was traveling alone, and stayed with me until I received the necessary medical attention. I will always be grateful for all their support during this difficult time.

Property was exactly as the photos indicated. My Way Hotel was clean and it was located right across from the beach. Staff at property were very welcoming and eager to accommodate. Beautiful boutique hotel close to everything Las Terrenas can offer. We loved the construction, decor, pool and garden and the staff was very nice and helpful. A quiet and peaceful oasis only a few hundred meters from Playa Punta Popy and lots of restaurants. Delicious breakfast. We would love to come back!

The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. Amazing staff members and place. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶

The shared areas such as the garden and pool are very beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The room was very comfortable, clean and nice. Same for the bathroom. The hotel is very close to a gorgeous beach called La Playita. The best part of our stay was meeting the hosts, who are very welcoming and attentive to anything we may need. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here and would personally come back.
