The property was great! Location was near the train station and the service was superb. It was my friend’s birthday trip and I only asked for a little surprise pancake for breakfast but they came in and sung him a song with birthday hats. One of the best. Love it there!

Communication was 5 star, both before and during our stay. Both the hotel and the cafe where breakfast was served had a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast options were delicious and aesthetically presented. The coffee was great. The room was sparkling clean and very well equipped. We had secure private parking at a more than reasonable price. Everything worth exploring is within walking distance.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Riverside Hotel Plzeň is set in Plzeň, 600 metres from Cathedral of St. Bartholomew and less than 1 km from Doosan Arena. It was an extremely pleasant experience. We stayed for a night with a 6 month old baby - a small gift was waiting for her and at the breakfast they provided a small selection of baby food in pouches, such a lovely idea! The bed was comfortable, everything was nicely arranged and completely clean. We were able to get a proper rest as there was not much noise outside.

Excellent location a few minutes from the Charles bridge. Clean room with great pillows. Delicious breakfast options. The ladies who worked at the breakfast were so courteous and pleasant. The whole staff were wonderful, great customer service!

The location of the pension is very close to the national park and some hiking trails and restaurants are nearby. The breakfast is appropriate regarding the price. Our room was on the forest site (not to the street) and it was very calm. The whole arrangement with Victoria and the staff was easy and helpful.

Everyone had the same goal, from the person greeting us at the front door, to the check in staff along with the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff ensuring the client was satisfied and happy. They were all on the same team! The room was clean and elegant. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We felt safe walking around Prague. The local area was clean and close to several different types of restaurants and cafes. Without any hesitation we will stay at the Allure Hotel again.
