Very comfortable rooms in this quiet hotel at a most reasonable price. There are numerous shops in the neighborhood, including an excellent supermarket and an excellent gym. To get into town, it is an easy and enjoyable seven minute boat ride that costs only 1.5 Euro. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Everything. What more you can ask (free shuttle bus to and fro airport, breakfast included, great hospitality etc.) I am amazed that they managed to remember me and my family as the guests of which room, well afterall we were there for 7 days. I would definitely come back.
Also, a heads up to those coming to Brunei generally, all shops close at 10pm, you can't find any stores that open 24/7. And you really need a car to move around Brunei. Good thing about this hotel, they provided charged shuttle to tourist location (so you can depend on this also)!

This was the second stay after coming back from Malaysia, having had the first stay here three days ago. The general manager provided me with welcome-back cookies for the second stay, which made me feel so special for this stay.
For other aspects, staffs were very kind and facilities were all perfect.

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭
- I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there
- TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it
- toiletry is complete & we love it
- a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣
