Amazing and friendly staff, from the receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters in the breakfast room to the shuttle drivers. However, one staff member just went above and beyond: Sheera. He was always available to help with anything, he helped me book a tour to the national park and also book a bus trip to my next destination, he even requested a vegetarian dish for my breakfast!
In terms of location, it is in the center of the city and it is possible to go to some nearby attractions on foot, including the waterfront which is only 15 minutes away. For farther attractions, there is a shuttle service on request including dropoff and pickup. The buffet breakfast is very good with both Asian and Western-style options including vegetarian-friendly options. Throughout the hotel, there are several water filtering stations for refilling your water bottles.
For me, this hotel is a must-visit (and stay) attraction in Brunei. Highly recommended!

Staff were extremely helpful and went well beyond the call of duty. When i left my phone in the room they arranged shipping and customs back to the US for me and kept checking up with me to ensure that it was received successfully

Perfect location for walking to all of the sights. The lobby staff were amazing - everytime I entered they asked what I needed, gave me directions, stored my bags, and let me use the facilities and shower after I’d checked out waiting for my flight too. Really spacious rooms, super comfy beds - very happy with my stay! Also definitely get a rate that includes breakfast, it’s great & there’s not much else around.

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭
- I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there
- TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it

This hotel is little oldish but the everything is perfect. They provided a free shuttle bus between Airport, City and the hotel. The food is reasonable price and so delicious. Every member is kind and helpful.
