I have stayed at this lovely hotel for three days, and my experience was wonderful. In particular, a staff member named Rahmet was exceptionally kind and attentive — his hospitality truly exceeded five-star service.
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was always well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Last but not least, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was simple but very tasty, and I could feel their warm hospitality even during breakfast.
This was my first visit to Baku, and I can say they made an excellent first impression of their country.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were very colorful and cozy. The staff was very helpful with our heavy luggage and helped carry it to the taxi, even though it wasn't very close to the hotel.
The rooms had all the necessary things, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially liked the attention to details, like the disposable shoe polish. Thank you to the hotel management for such great service and care for the guests!

The hotel is a very, very clean, well maintained facility. Made with lots of love and care, they take care of guests very well. The staff is very carin and helpful. Special mention to Rahul, who was available andd helpful throughout our stay.. Big thanks to Aydin, who was kind enough to help us when we had to leave early. The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel.
