Located in calm area, behind the building, facing to the Sayat- Nova ave. Most places to see are walking distance away from the hotel, so you do not need a taxi or a bus.

Everything was amazing, the location is central walking distance from everything you need, christmas market just in front of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was big and tasty. Staff are friendly. There's a metro station just a 5 minute walk from the place. The location is quiet as well.
