Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)
