Very friendly, attentive and competent staff especially with young children. The location of the hotel is great. You are a bit isolated from the traffic jam. It is quiet calm, and you can walk around the hotel quite easily and even join the marina and the beach via pedestrian bridge. You have a nice beach with clear horizon. The food from the restaurants there was also very good and they really accommodate stuff for children.

This is definitely the best hotel in Dubai in this price category.
During our 2-week stay, we had the opportunity to stay in several other hotels and Address Dubai Marina is definitely the best of them. We gave up staying in other hotels and returned to Address. Hotel cleanliness, service, food, swimming pool, rooms 10/10. I recommend it and we will definitely come back here. An ideal hotel for a business or family trip.

We really liked what job a man for cleaning our room did daily. He was really good with the cleaning, but also very nice person always asking us how we are and always adjusting cleaning schedule to our needs. We didn't remember his name but he did cleaning of our room since last Sunday until Thursday (room 507). The man on reception AMR was also very nice.

I loved the beautiful interior and the amazing scent throughout the hotel. Everything was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants and even a supermarket directly connected to the hotel, which made everything really convenient.

very elegant and beautiful hotel; we got a room upgrade for which we are eternally grateful to the lady at the reception! (sorry but I don't remember her name); it was the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in - breathtaking view of the city center and Burj Khalifa, spacious, clean, comfortable; absolutely everything you need in the room; very large and comfortable bed; very nice and very helpful staff, our every request was fulfilled; possibility of late check-out; large selection and tasty breakfasts; good wif-fi; beautiful swimming pool
