While the location is out of the city it is very quiet and very well presented and has a very secure yard. The host is just amazing and everything here you need to make your stay memorable. Air- conditioned Living areas, master bed with well equipped kitchen, huge laundry with washing machine and dryer, works when power on, back up power for lights and TV Also has optional gas when power off as well. Rooms are very spacious and the landscaped yards make it a great place for the morning song birds to tweet their wakeup calls. I have tried a few villas this one is on the top of the list. Just make sure you grab your groceries as nearest shopping centre about 10-15mins away.. All in all 10/10 stay.

The security was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to live comfortably, including a full kitchen where you can cook your own meals. They even provide a gas hob as an alternative during load shedding, which is extremely thoughtful, especially here in Zambia. There is also sufficient backup power, enough to keep essential things running like the fridge, microwave and lights, so you’re never really left in the dark. The outdoor area is lovely, with a well-kept garden, and the addition of a washing machine is a real bonus; you can wash and hang your clothes outside if you wish. The host, Nellie, was excellent. Very communicative and always checking in via WhatsApp to ensure everything was fine; never intrusive, just genuinely attentive. I really appreciated that balance of care and privacy. She even let me check out late as my flight was in the late afternoon. Thank you for your kindness. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend it, and I will be making it my default accommodation whenever I’m in Lusaka. Hagai and Sakala were brilliant on the ground, thank you.
