I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville de mont Resort and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.

Great host family that made us feel very welcome. Hieu provided lots of suggested activities (including self guided treks). On leaving, our whole family said they would definitely stay here on returning to Sapa. Highly recommended.

After our stay in Sa Pa city, we decided on spending pur last day on a Homestay inside the nature, and this was the best decision we’ve made, our stay here was wonderful, the bungalow is surounded by rice fields and moutains view everywhere , we spent the day there just chilling, walking around and discovering the area. The owner was super nice and even for one night she was too nice to gave us a goodbye gift, I mean how sweet is that !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bac Ha. The location is perfect — peaceful, close to the market, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt very homely. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the town and the surrounding villages. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The host is a local who knows all the hidden gems in Ta Van. Joining a tour with her was really worth it. The bed was comfy, and the hot water worked well (even though the toilet is outside). The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the town, but Zo can help you book transport and anything else you need.

Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

A small paradise! It's not only a place where to sleep, Mây and her family give a full, human, authentic and heart touching experience. A lifetime unforgettable experience! The place is clean and comfy, near to nature and so peaceful. The food is generous and yummy. Mây's family offers trekking and motorbike tours, and herbal baths : all three are amazing! Love this place! 😁

Adoramos o ambiente rural, estarmos rodeados por natureza. Incrível de se estar fora do centro da cidade.

Room was large and spacious and well lit. The family host was amazing and incredibly friendly. Breakfast and dinner were different every day and cooked with fresh ingredients (I think many vegetables were grown on site)! I prolonged my stay and would visit again without a doubt. I felt very welcome and peaceful here.

What a great experience! We arrived early but the host Chau arranged for us to check in early as well. Breakfast is included in the room price and is located in the restautant next door. The surrounding is so beautiful that you don't have to go any where, just relax and chill
