Located within 5.5 km of Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station and 22 km of Fansipan Mountain in Sa Pa, Stone Paradise Homestay features accommodation with seating area. We are a family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 10) and this was our favourite accommodation in Southeast Asia so far (we have been travelling for 6 weeks). The host is wonderfully kind and welcoming. He helped us to figure out what we wanted to do in the area, including a day of hiking and a day with a driver who brought us to a variety of different destinations in the area. The home itself is lovingly and beautifully decorated with the owner's own artwork (stone carvings and photographs). Our family bedroom and the ensuite bathroom had many features that we loved. There was a view of the mountains, rice terraces and Fansipan mountain cable car, and the bathroom had lots of hooks to hang things (a rarity in Southeast Asia, from our experience). We loved eating family dinners together with the whole family, and it was the best Vietnamese food we have had so far in Vietnam. Our daughters played happily with their 3 daughters each morning and night, and we were really sad to leave. It is true that it is a few kilometres from the town of Sapa itself, but we found that to be a benefit not a detriment. Sapa is so touristy, and it can be overwhelming to navigate, especially with children.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, SaPa Farmer House is a recently renovated holiday home located in Sa Pa, 9.2 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station. The view is incredible overlooking the valley and the mountains. The cabins are very clean.

Moc's house bắc hà 2 in Bắc Hà provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bac Ha. The location is perfect — peaceful, close to the market, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt very homely. It’s a great place to relax after exploring the town and the surrounding villages. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Boasting river views, ZOZO Sapa Homestay & Trekking features accommodation with an open-air bath and a balcony, around 13 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station. Zozo is a super nice host, who welcomed me very late at night, and served us an excellent dinner. Her house is beautiful, very confortable and has an amazing view !

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, The Happy Happy Bungalow of Happiness! is located in Lao Cai, 15 km from Sa Pa Lake and 14 km from Sa Pa Stone Church. It felt like a very authentic Vietnamese experience to stay at Happy Happy bungalow. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We were served vegetarian lunch and dinner as requested and everything was delicious. We also did the motorbike tour with them and it was one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We got to explore rice fields, local farms and neighbouring mountains. I’ll definitely recommend doing the tour with them if you’re staying here. They also have a puppy and a cat and they just enhance the entire experience ten-fold. It really was a happy happy stay for us.

Featuring garden views, The #Happylife Experience Deluxe Bungalow! offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 19 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station. A unique experience to live with May and her lovely family! The bungalow was very nice with your own bathroom. Very quiet at nights. Food was delicious every day! We did the motorcycletrip, a hiking to the waterfall and bambooforest and the herbal bath and can highly recommend those. We couldn’t have been better taken care of, the whole family are the nicest people you can think of, so thoughtful and do everything by themselves. We loved everything about our stay and we miss you all! ❤️

With mountain views, Zoo si homestay is set in Sa Pa and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. We loved the location, and De was very helpful. We were only planning on staying 2 nights, but ended up staying a few extra days. There are some nice hikes that you can start right from the homestay.

Offering a garden and garden view, Sapawine Homestay is situated in Sa Pa, 12 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station and 11 km from Sa Pa Lake. The room had a fantastic view! I was sad we stayed there for 1 night only. It's spacious with a separate mini kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom was a bit cold (February), but not an issue. We didn't use the kitchen. The AC worked perfectly well and heated the room at night. The mattress was very firm, probably too much :). But we slept very well The main thing I appreciated was the fresh clean bedlinen (white cotton, not a synthetic one as everywhere in Hanoi), and clean white towels, which looked new. And overall the room was clean as for Vietnam. Mr. Huy was very pleasant. He practically doesn't speak English but he tried to provide the best service. We used Google Translate at times and it was efficient. He also cooked noodles with eggs for breakfast (it's included, served at 7-9 am) The location is a bit far from Sa Pa but that's actually what we liked. It's in a quiet village surrounded by rice terraces. If you rent a bike, you'll enjoy fantastic scenery on your way to this apartment. I'd definitely stay here again!
