Selim is a truly lovely host, as is his son, and they both offered us exceptional hospitality and great help throughout our stay. The villa was great for our group, with beautiful outdoor spaces and rooms in separate apartments. The villa host was so helpful, organising transfers as well as dinners and made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was also very nice.

What wonderful place We stayed a week with two families (total of 8) in this lovely house, felt right at home and were sad to leave. This house was beyond what we expected! It’s no ordinary air bnb! The furnishing and fittings were all high quality. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are well equipped, there was really nothing that we missed. One of our highlights was the heated pool. Since we stayed in May the weather wasn’t super hot and traveling with young children this heated pool was a real game changer that made it possible for the kids to spend hours in the pool playing without freezing. What a joy! Thank you! It really felt like home right away because the settings of all areas in the house are well thought out, the sofa, garden furniture and the beds of high quality and very comfortable. The view speaks for itself! What a wonderful place! I hope we’ll come back in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ubicado a 6 minutos a pie de Playa Akyarlar, The Ni Villas Akyarlar - Bodrum ofrece una pileta al aire libre, un jardín y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. The owner was waiting at the property for when we arrived (Early also), he gave us a tour of the villas and was brilliant. The location was great, near the beaches and restaurants. And the host was amazing, always there to help with everything.

We were a family of 7 persons, every one of us got his bed and all was happy. Sure I recommend this villa and will book it one more time when in Bodrum
