Set in Santo António in the Principe Island region, Valdivia Homes -Príncipe features a garden. Beautiful. Perfect location just outside of the city, surrounded by lush jungle and a glorious view overlooking the water. A refreshing alternative to the over priced “Luxury” hotels on the island. The cottage was lovely, cozy and clean. Everything we needed to prepare meals and relax in comfort. Rita was always available by WhatsApp to address any concerns. Highly recommend.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Roça Sundy - Principe Collection is a country house situated in a historic building in Santo António, 23 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. The property is beautiful, breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the excursions are great. Wear long pants and sleeves and lots of insect repellant for any forest walks.

A recently renovated chalet situated in Santo António, Casa de Andréa features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. This accommodation is perfect for anyone seeking tranquility, privacy, and a deep connection with nature. The house was clean and well-maintained, as was the spacious garden. There was plenty of room, a comfortable bed, and a large terrace ideal for relaxing and observing nature. The beach is just a short walk away, and you’ll have it all to yourself – total privacy. You are surrounded by nature, with the nearest house several hundred meters away, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Due to the location (in the middle of a tropical forest), the road access is a bit rough, but the natural beauty makes up for it. Breakfasts, on the terrace, were accompanied by the sounds of birds and monkeys – truly magical. Just keep in mind that the terrain is not flat, which is to be expected in a forest setting. Marie was a very attentive host and a wonderful cook. And that fruit? A taste you don't know. We ordered local meals, and everything was delicious. We also took advantage of the guided tour. Our guide picked us up from the airport and in the middle of the week took us to Praia Banana and Praia Boi, both stunning beaches in the north of the island. There’s also an option for a boat tour, which we unfortunately didn’t have time for. If you’re looking for a unique place in the heart of nature with a personal touch, this is it. We will definitely come back here.

Featuring sea views, Casa Mãe - Inn offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 8.4 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.
