We felt truly welcome and well taken care of at Casa Franco da Serra. This family-run hotel has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were even invited to a small family gathering over the weekend, and everyone was so warm and friendly! It was such a lovely way to experience real Portuguese hospitality on our first visit to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town center, so having a car is convenient for getting around. That said, we managed perfectly well using the bus (there’s a stop right in front of the house) and returning by taxi without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Terceira who is looking for peace, nature, and a quiet retreat.

I Biscoitos, bare 2 kilometer fra Biscoitos-stranden, ligger Casas do Morgadio. Her bor du med utsikt over hagen. Very peaceful and spatious place, waking up to the sounds of birds chirping. Raquel was a great host and always available, we got an early check in. Very close to the Biscoitos pools and 20 mins by car from Angra.

The place was amazing and in a strategic position to get to everywhere!

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Príncipe de Mónaco Boutique House ligger i Angra do Heroísmo, 3 minutters gange fra Zona Balnear da Prainha-stranden og 1,5 kilometer fra Silveira-stranden, og har gratis WiFi og utsikt mot sjøen. Excellent location! Open the door… and the ocean is right there. Easy walking distance to all activities in town, clean, large, mini-fridge,… host was welcoming, had apple pie for us on arrival and local sweets upon departure. Easy parking on the street. Very good value for money.
