We were Brian’s 3rd guests. He has done an exceptional job in remodeling the space w beautiful cabinetry, furniture amd appliances. It’s quiet and spacious, a $4-5 taxi ride from downtown.

Set 400 metres from Bluff, Gaia Nature Lodges at Bluff Beach offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a garden. The Lodge was beautifully set in the forest area. It was very modern and cozy inside, everything worked perfectly and the owner was extremely helpful. You can see all the wildlife around- monkeys, frogs, sloths and a lot more. It’s a perfect place to relax and rest.

Jungle beach 2 bedroom cottage is set in Bocas del Toro and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. We've never had a better host than Jennifer! She deserves 10 out of 10 stars - amazingly thorough communication, quick responses, accurate information, super friendly & helpful. She knows everyone in Bocas and helped us set up everything from a private boat tour to a birthday cake. It's worth booking here just for her knowledge! Location - in Playa Bluff, a 25 min taxi which costs between $15-$20 each way depending on the time of day. You can also take a colectivo for $3.50/person until about 6pm when it stops running. We loved the more remote location but it's a long bumpy road which may not work for everyone. There are a couple of restaurants within super easy walking distance and a gorgeous beach with big waves. Howler monkeys were in the trees out front along with lots of gorgeous Oropendula birds, agoutis, etc. The house has a fantastic front porch/dining area where we hung out during rain showers. We didn't cook, so can't speak to kitchen amenities but there's an Italian coffeemaker and a fridge.

Monkey Tiny House - Private swimming pool in Big Bight provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view, an open-air bath and a garden. Amazing Tiny House! In Between of huge trees. The timy house is completly like on the pictures. We saw monkeys and frogs will having the amazing breakfast. Caroline was really helpful and super friendly!

The corals are right in front of the house, perfect for snorkeling, but always stay careful to preserve this amazing nature. The hosts were really welcoming and helped us with the boat transfers. The villa proposes kayaks, paddles and snorkeling equipment, which is very pleasant. We enjoyed a great view from our room. The dinner option was delicious too !

Offering a terrace and sea view, Urania House is situated in Bocas del Toro, 500 metres from Istmito and 1.8 km from Y Griega Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Walking into Urania House was like going to your parents’ or grandparents’ home. It was very homey and comfortable, and was well stocked with everything you might need. I think there must have been over a dozen wine glasses alone! There were towels, hangers, full size soap and liquid hand soap, toilet paper, a full kitchen of dishes, bowls, and platters, dish soap, use of the washer and dryer, etc. The dock area is beautiful. We didn’t get to use the kayaks because of the weather and our schedule, but I sure wanted to! Urania and Al were wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were always available to us with a smile.
