Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of room. Hot tub was great. Very comfy beds. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

You can see your car from the hut at the top.

Very convenient and enough time to visit Trolltunga in one day, go to Bergen, take a walk to the four waterfalls in Kinsarvik, and visit the glacier on the recommendation of the hostess. The views from the cabins are simply stunning! You can order croissants and morning coffee on the balcony - it's simply unforgettable! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

What a beautiful location! The cabin was welcoming, clean, and spacious. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We were late checking in and they were very accommodating. They gave us information about close hiking trails and were helpful with weather information and road conditions. We loved it so much we wished we could stay longer.
