The location was amazing, right at the edge of the forest. The house was also really idyllic with a beautiful wooden architecture and a porch perfect to drink coffee on. Cooking amenities were a bit lacking, but that was negated by their amazing grill of which we made extensive use. The hostess was also really nice, even though we didn't have a lot of contact, she would still answer fully and on time. All together, this house has exceeded all expectations, and expectations were already high to begin with!

The owners were very nice and friendly. We loved seeing the cows and their dog "Char". The cottage was so cozy and perfect for us 5. It has 2 rooms with comfy beds, bathroom, kitchen, and front porch. The breakast was delicious with breads, raspberry jam, orange juice, milk, yogurt, granola, eggs and fruits. The farm is very quiet and relax. Our daughter enjoyed playing with boardgames and with the cows and Char.

This is a very special place, unlike anything I've ever seen before. It is a big elongated cave, by the canal water, under the street. Completely insulated from noise and light, this is heaven for jet-lagged travelers and light sleepers. Lovely place to sit outside by the canal. Super quiet and well located.

The location of the canal house was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk to the central station, shops and restaurants, but still quiet for sleeping. Basics were provided (soap, shampoo etc) and a cute little welcome pack of Dutch treats on arrival. Beds were so comfortable. Communication with property manager excellent, easy to contact for anything with quick response. We would highly recommend staying here.
