He was friendly, always available and would help us with all our questions. Furthermore breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner were good. Highly recommend Lake Valley

Located within 3.7 km of Lake Skadar and 29 km of Port of Bar, Wood House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Virpazar. We had the most amazing experience here. The hosts invited us for a meal and red wine made by the father of the property. It's a very quiet place. Very rural, with kind, warm people. But the best was yet to come. In Montenegro, it's a tradition to celebrate the birth of a baby boy. The owner of the property had 3 girls, but just had his first boy and it was celebration time! They invited us for the party, with something like 150 people. What a party! What a local experience. Will never forget. Of course we realized we wouldn't be able to sleep that night, and ended up leaving earlier. The owner refused to accept money for both nights that we stayed there! And on the first one there was no party going on at all. The generosity of this family will stay in my heart forever.

Nice outdoor veranda and pool with sunbeds. Loved the home cooked meals both breakfast and dinner. Possible to lendbikes from Merak to the village, only 10 minutes ride. Host is very friendly and helpful.

We were dropped off far outside the unannounced station at night. we jumped down from the open door onto the tracks more than a meter below with our luggage in a dark forest about 500 m. from some lights in the distance and Nancy has mobility issues. The hotel family picked us up an hour later..the station was closed. The family was gracious.

A very passionate and hospitable host who was forthcoming with recommendations for things to do and happily provided answers to our questions regarding anything about Montenegro. Beautiful views and a very comfortable room with lovely furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast and dinner (we took this for an additional charge) were delicious and the accommodation included use of high quality bikes and we were also able to taste some of the host’s own wine and rakija.

Offering a garden and garden view, Valley Nest is situated in Virpazar, 31 km from Clock Tower in Podgorica and 32 km from Parliament of Montenegro. Very nice place and welcoming host. Took us on a cruise on the lake. Great value.

The location is an absolute gem, hidden in the forest, quiet and welcoming, and a lot of privacy and serenity. We had the possibility of grilling and enjoying a night fire, which is a plus. The place is really clean and comfortable as presented and pet friendly. Our dog loved the small olive fenced garden. We ate pomegranates and kakis from the yard and walked barefoot and sunbathe as well. It is really close to the old city and the beach, 10-15 min by car (or bikes, if you have them, take them with you, it is fun roaming around and exploring Bar). 10**** The owner was helpful and responded quickly to our requests. We will be back ❤️
