The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

The garden and overall environment were wonderfully calm and quiet, allowing me to unwind completely and elevating my entire holiday experience. The Chapters was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating.

The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

Bathrooms nice with great water pressure. VJ welcomed us with a drink and in the morning prepared a beautiful western breakfast. A first time experience and he did it very well.

We can say now that it was everything we hoped for, and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a view of palm trees and greenery from the veranda. The woodwork, windows, furniture, decor are all gorgeous. The bedroom was very comfortable with top-notch A/C and shuttered windows that blocked out all light for a good night's sleep. Above all, our hosts were the best we ever had. They are caring, kind, considerate, warm people. We felt so cared for with the best food we've ever had in our Sri Lankan travels (at an amazing price), and their ongoing effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had great conversations about Sri Lankan culture and received many valuable tips about how to make the most of our time. Truly a beautiful family and stay. We could keep going on, but if you've read this far, just book it!!

Ithe accommodations are simple and exceptionally clean, their service is above and beyond and the food is better than anything I ate the entire time I was in Sri Lanka.

They also ordered our food, did our laundry, nothing was too much trouble for them. The garden was lovely and large with room to park our tuktuk in. Highly impressed with the place.
